“Terry and his trusty companion Pim Pim bring their unconventional Hog Riding skills to the Arena!”

The "Terry" was a temporary Champion card, only available in certain Events. It spawned a very fast, single-target, building-targeting, melee, ground troop with high hitpoints and high damage. Being a Champion card, he would stay out of the player's card cycle and would only return once he was defeated. The Terry's ability caused him to jump high into the sky and slam back down onto the field, dealing damage to enemy units in a 360º area around him, and inflicting knockback, similar to the Mega Knight’s jump damage. A "Terry" card costed 4 Elixir to deploy and his ability costed an additional 1 Elixir to activate.

Ability: Hoggy Heights[]

“Terry and Pim Pim launch themselves into the air to attack from above!”
Ability-Terry

The "Terry" has a special ability, accessible from the rightmost side of the screen just above the player's card slots in battle. After a 1 second delay, the Terry jumps high, staying in the air for 2 seconds before crashing back down into the arena and dealing high damage and knockback to all troops in a 4-tile radius around his landing spot (similar to the Mega Knight’s jump and spawn damage). While in the air, he is immune to all forms of damage. The ability goes on a 7 second cooldown after the duration ends. The Hoggy Heights ability costs 1 Elixir to activate.

Strategy[]

  • For the purposes of determining Elixir trades, the Terry and his activated Ability count as 5 Elixir, as the player must play the 4 Elixir Terry and then spend a further 1 on his Ability.
  • The Lumberjack pairs quite well with Terry, being able to tank for, distract and demolish defensive troops for a substantial period of time, allowing Terry to head directly to the Crown Tower. Upon the Lumberjack’s defeat, the spilt bottle of Rage would further complement Terry, by boosting his hitspeed and wiping out any cheap swarms played by the opponent in opposition.
    • To counter this combination, simply pull the Lumberjack away with a cheap troop (eg. Ice Golem) before finishing off Terry (eg. by placing a building in front of your beleaguered tower).
    • Rage can also be used as a lower-cost replacement for the Lumberjack. Despite having more control over the location of the spell, this combination is less advisable due to the removed benefits of having an additional pairing threat for the purpose of distracting and providing DPS.
