“Building that spawns Spear Goblins. Don't look inside... You don't want to see how they're made.”

The Party Hut was a temporary Legendary card, only available in a 1 week Challenge. It spawns a single-target, air-targeting, very long-ranged, building with moderate hitpoints and low damage. When defeated, it will also spawn 3 Goblins, 3 Spear Goblins, and a Goblin Brawler. A Party Hut card costs 5 Elixir to deploy.

Strategy[]

  • Like the X-Bow, its range is high enough to reach the enemy Crown Towers, making it a great card to be used against Crown Towers.
  • The Bowler is an effective counter to the Party Hut. His high hitpoints allows him to survive its attacks, and his piercing attack will not only destroy the Party Hut but also immediately defeat the spawned Goblins and Spear Goblins, as well as deal decent damage to the Goblin Brawler. While this is only a neutral Elixir trade, it will set up the player for a counterattack.

Trivia[]

  • Goblins are small, grotesque, monstrous creatures that appear in the folklore of multiple European cultures. First attested in stories from the Middle Ages, they are ascribed conflicting abilities, temperaments, and appearances depending on the story and country of origin, ranging from mischievous household spirits to malicious, bestial thieves. They often have magical abilities similar to a fairy or demon, such as the ability to shapeshift. Similar creatures include duendes, kobolds, leprechauns, and ghouls.
  • The Party Hut's stats are the highest or lowest among all buildings. More specifically:
    • Among all buildings that can attack, the Party Hut is tied with Mortar, Barbarian Launcher, and X-Bow for the longest range of all buildings, with a range of 11.5 tiles.
    • The Party Hut is tied with Mortar, Barbarian Launcher, and X-Bow for the longest deployment time of all buildings, with a deployment time of 3.5 seconds.
  • In the Norwegian, Finnish, and Vietnamese language settings of the game, the Party Hut's name translates to "Party Cabin", "Party Lodge", and "Party Tent" respectively.
  • When deployed, you can hear multiple voices singing "Ain't no party, like a goblin party!", and when destroyed, these voices will sing "Goblin party, goblin party, goblin party, goblin party!"
    • The Party Hut's voices come from the Party Hut song.
    • The Party Hut is the only building that speak distinct words when on the field.
  • There used to be a bug where using a Star Level 1 Mirror on a Party Hut would cause the Party Hut to become visually invisible for the player.
  • Even though the Party Hut is Goblin-related, it does not count towards the Goblin Queen Tower if picked by the player.
