“Be very, very quiet. Evolved Hunter throws a Net at the closest Troop, making them unable to move or attack. If that Troop is flying, they can be attacked as though they were on the ground.”
The Hunter Evolution is an Epic card that is unlocked with 6 Evolution Shards. It spawns a Hunter with identical stats to the original. The Evolved Hunter will throw a net at the closest unit every 4 second. The net will make the troop frozen in place and unable to move or attack, and allow ground units to hit the trapped unit for 4 seconds. The Hunter's Evolution costs 4 Elixir and requires 2 cycles to deploy.
Strategy[]
- Combining him with Evolved Skeletons, Skeleton Army, Bats, Goblin Gang, or Minion Horde can fully counter a LavaLoon combo, commonly known as the Lava Hound and Balloon combo push, for a massive positive Elixir trade.
- If there is only 1 unit against Hunter, then that unit will be stun-locked forever, as the duration and hit speed of the net is the same as the cooldown.
- The Evolved Hunter performs slightly worse against Graveyard than his regular counterpart due to his net animation. The net itself won't make a difference against the Skeletons, but the net animation makes it so that his attack animation is slightly delayed, allowing for some more Skeleton hits on your Crown Tower.
