The Goblin Queen is a Ruler that is unlocked by an in-app purchase. Her Ruler Modifier involves making the player have a 33% chance of obtaining a 
Goblin for each enemy defeated. The Goblin Queen takes the appearance of a large Goblin with braided hair, reddish pointy nose and puffy eyes, and wears a team-colored gown with three golden rings attached and a tan loincloth, a light brown belt with a pouch attached, a golden earring, two small golden rings, and a crown, while carrying a wooden staff with two large horns on top, a large golden ball on the front supported with multiple smaller variants, and three ropes tied to it. Her animation when selected has her walking from the middle-left of the screen, then spinning 360º clockwise in the middle of the screen, and then lifting and stomping her staff on the ground.
Modifier: Greener Grin[]
Every enemy defeat has a 33% of spawning a Goblin. There is a 50% chance of spawning Spear Goblin or Goblin. 25% for spawning a Dart Goblin & 25% for spawning a Goblin Machine.
Strategy[]
- Due to her Ruler Modifier, she can easily allow the player to get a lot of
Goblin troops on the field and on the bench. The player can then use the Goblin troops in 2 ways:
- Farming Elixir: by purchasing Goblin troops at the shop for merging, then selling them, the player can quickly rack up Elixir for spending on their main set-up, such as by merging or purchasing.
- Utilizing in set-ups: the player can also use the Goblin troops to use in their own set-ups, while aiming to upgrade the merge level of the Goblin troop(s) that benefit(s) from the player's current set-up the most. While this works with any Goblin troop, Goblin Machine is the deadliest, due to requiring fewer hits to fire more rockets on higher merge levels.
- Farming Elixir: by purchasing
- Also due to her Modifier, the player can get a lot of Elixir in the early game, especially if they can get to play Goblin and Spear Goblin from turn 1.

- Level 1 unlocks the Greener Grin Ruler Modifier for the Goblin Queen.
- Level 2 unlocks the Jade Queen Skin for the Goblin Queen.
- Level 3 unlocks the Smothering Smog Confetti for all Rulers.
- Level 4 unlocks the Chaos Queen Skin for the Goblin Queen.

- The Goblin Queen Ruler card was added in the 2025 Quarter 3 Update on 29/9/2025, under the Greener Grin Ruler Modifier.
- On 2/10/2025, a maintenance break decreased the Greener Grin Goblin Gift Chance to 33% (from 40%).
- On 27/10/2025, a Seasonal Update removed the Goblin Queen from the Starsteel Road, though players who previously obtained her could still use her as the Ruler, and the Malevolent Queen skin purchase would unlock her.
