Introduction
This LumberLoon deck is made up of a bunch of different synergies. It has gotten me quite far on ladder and challenges. I have been using this deck for a long time now and it is never ceased to surprise me. This deck is good against most decks and can even be used to outplay hard counter decks if used properly. This deck requires an aggressive play style and depends quite heavily on positive elixir trades and counter pushes. LumberLoon is a great strategy to use on ladder and challenges.

Card Roles[]
- Mega Knight: Use the Mega Knight to help support your pushes as a tank or defensive unit because of his spawn damage. After being used to defend a push, place an Inferno Dragon close behind to support the Mega Knight.
- Inferno Dragon: Use as a defensive card. Place with Mega Knight after defending. The Inferno Dragon melts tanks that counter the Mega Knight such as the Valkyrie and Knight.
- Lumberjack: Place in front of the Balloon to tank for it so it can drop the Rage spell which the Balloon can use to quickly take towers. He can also be used to defend like the Knight.
- Balloon: The Balloon is the main win condition in this deck as it does high damage per second and can quickly devastate crown towers. Place the Lumberjack in front of the Balloon so it can make use of the Rage spell that is dropped.
- Electro Wizard: Use the Electro Wizard to counter cards with charge attacks like the Inferno Dragon and Sparky. After defending with the Electro Wizard, you can send a Knight to tank for the it since the Electro Wizard can stun and reset attacks.
- Knight: Use the Knight as a tank for the Electro Wizard after defending. The Knight can also be used for defense against units such as the Baby Dragon and the Princess. He could also be used to do chip damage on the opponent's towers.
- Fireball: Used to knock back units and destroy ranged units such as Wizard, Musketeer, Ice Wizard, or Mother Witch.
- Zap: Use the Zap to reset the Infernos and Sparky. Zap can also be used to destroy ground and air swarms such as the Skeleton Army and Bats.
Strategy and Tips[]
- Use the Mega Knight as a defensive powerhouse against units such as Wizard, Musketeer, or Elite Barbarians, then place an Inferno Dragon behind him as support.
- Use Lumberjack and Balloon together to easily take towers. Make sure to have a Fireball in cycle in case of air swarms such as Minion Horde and ranged units such as the Musketeer and Wizard.
- If you know that the opponent has an Inferno card or a Sparky, use the Electro Wizard to support the Mega Knight so that the Mega Knight would not get melted by them.
- If you are leaking Elixir, you can cycle the Knight and that will force a reaction out of your opponent.Use Zap carefully as it can reset troops and buildings as well as destroy swarms such as the Skeleton Army and Bats.
Situations:[]
- Against PEKKA Bridge Spam, try to play your Mega Knight once you baited out the Electro Wizard, so you can freely use the Inferno Dragon against the P.E.K.K.A. You can also use your Fireball to eliminate the Electro Wizard if you have it at at least 1 level higher.
- Against Log Bait, use the Electro Wizard wisely as he can reset the Inferno Tower if they use it to counter your Mega Knight or Balloon. If they already used their Rocket, you can place your Balloon without worrying about getting countered easily.
- Against 2.6 Hog Cycle, use the Mega Knight as much as possible to counter the Hog Rider as you can create huge counter pushes with him.
- Against X-Bow, use the Mega Knight and Balloon wisely as your opponent can quickly cycle back to another X-Bow and take a tower without a proper counter. If you are a little late on the timing and the X-Bow is locked onto your tower, you can use the Zap or Electro Wizard to reset it back to attacking your troops.
- If your opponent places Elite Barbarians with or without Rage at the bridge, don't hesitate to spawn the Mega Knight right on top of them so that the Elite Barbarians get knocked back and target the Mega Knight instead of dealing massive damage to your tower.
- If you see a Baby Dragon crossing the river, place an Inferno Dragon to counter the Baby Dragon then place a Mega Knight in front for a counter push.
- When you see your opponent has placed all their air counters, you can safely LumberLoon the bridge since your opponent will have trouble cycling back quickly enough.
- When you know that your opponent has Inferno cards or Sparky, you can spawn an Electro Wizard to counter them so that your Mega Knight will get more value. Be careful with Sparky though so make sure to zap it as it could eliminate the Electro Wizard before it can even attack the Sparky.
- When an opponents places an X-Bow with or without Tesla next to the bridge, place a Mega Knight 3 tiles away from it so he can deal jump damage, greatly reducing potential damage to your towers.
- If your opponent plays Golem or Electro Giant first play, LumberLoon the opposite lane then focus on defending with the Inferno Dragon or Electro Wizard.
- You can use the Mega Knight, Electro Wizard and Lumberjack to counter a Hog Rider that crosses the river.
- You can use the Knight to defend against units such as the Princess, Valkyrie and Wizard.
- If you see Royal Recruits crossing the bridge, place a Mega Knight in the middle of the two princess towers so it can help eliminate all of your opponent's troops.
- Do not spam everything in one lane and counter push instead of just straight attacking or you will get punished. If you are going against Log Bait or other decks with swarm cards, you can substitute Fireball with Arrows. It acts as a cheaper counter against decks like these with.
In Single Elixir Time:[]
- Make sure to not to place expensive units down like the Mega Knight too often or your opponent could punish the opposite lane. In the first 2 minutes of the match, defend more than attacking otherwise it could end badly. Use cards like the Electro Wizard and Knight as they are cheaper cards to use. If you want to LumberLoon in single elixir, you should wait until your opponent places a card so you will be less at an elixir deficit than you would be if you just placed LumberLoon by itself.
In Double and Triple Elixir Time:[]
- This is the time where this deck really shines, you can start counter pushes by defending first and then placing support units down. You can also freely LumberLoon as you will not get punished as easily. You can also place a Mega Knight and Inferno Dragon combo when the time is right on defense. When you take one tower more than your opponent, make sure to start defending as your opponent could start pushing hard.
Upgrade Priority for Cards:[]
- Balloon: This card is the main win condition of this deck. It does significantly more damage at a high level.
- Mega Knight: He has a great stats boost for every upgrade. His health and damage significantly increase.
- Electro Wizard: If the Electro Wizard is the same level as a Fireball, he survives with a sliver of health left for a counterpush.
- Fireball: If the level of the Fireball is higher than the level of a Wizard, Electro Wizard or Musketeer, then it can one-shot them.
- Knight: Great for defense, can one-shot goblins at equal level.
- Lumberjack: If the Lumberjack is one level below Goblins, he can one-shot them. His Rage spell also upgrades along with him.
- Zap: If it is one level above a Goblin Barrel, it can one-shot it.
- Inferno Dragon: The Inferno Dragon still melts tanks no matter what level it is. He is not at all dependent on upgrades.
Substitutions and Replacements[]
- If you are going against Log Bait or other decks with swarm cards, you can use Arrows instead of Fireball. It acts as a cheaper counter to swarms.
