Introduction
Hello, this is a deck that I have gained success by pushing from Arena 8 to 5000 trophies. This is a relatively low cost deck, with no cards over 4 elixir. However, this is not an easy-skill deck, it requires knowledge of saving troops, for example how to counter a golem-beatdown deck using these low cost cards. Also, patience is required, sometimes you might meet the nemesis of this deck, Pekka-Splash, you would have to chip slowly with your Hog.

Card Roles[]
- Hog Rider: Fast and high damage card, it can beeline straight towards the tower if no building is pulling it. So slapping it down on the bridge on its own or with bats is one of the ways to start. But you will find bridge-hog ineffective during the middle games due to counter laid well from your opponent, it can only be a chip card. Double elixir, this pork shines again, try to bait out counters of it, e.g. Tombstone, Goblin Gang, with your Lumberjack. Then, counters destroyed (if not, consider a log), rage dropped, send in your hog rider, supercharged and counters out, a few smacks is guaranteed.
- Lumberjack: This card has insane DPS and moderate health, it plays a role of a tank-killer in this deck. Due to its somewhat high health, it can survive a beatdown push without dying, then it can rush towards the tower and smack it a few times, or just drop that purple rage, you can either ignore it or pair it with a hog and make it deadly. During Double Elixir, honestly it cant be used to pushed as much, as the raged pork will still be easily annihilated by double the defensive unit.
- Musketeer: Low health, moderate DPS, mainly used to snip units in a beatdown deck, send in guards and lumberjack to tank for the musketeer is also a way to chip if pork isn't working out.
It is also used to defend incoming dragons and minions, as it is the only reliable counter to horde except for fireball, so save it if opponent carries it. It can be such a value card if it is protected. Sadly, this deck does not contain a fireball-bait, so it is pretty weak to fireball.
- Bats: Very low health but cheap, for 2 elixir it dishes out 335 DPS(LV9). It is used to distract and damage air units, being one of the two air-targeting units in the deck, it is a must to have this card in deck, as this is literally your counter to balloons and inferno dragon, because the musketeer is not fast enough. Though it is a perfect counter to balloons and inferno-dragons, prepare yourselves for a zap or arrows, without proper backup it might cause a lot of damage. During Double Elixir Time, it should not be sent with a hog anymore, as its low health means it is going to vanish extremely fast with all those troops on the map, it should be kept as a DPS unit and defend.
- Guards: Fragile but safe. Their shields protect them from getting killed easily with a log or zap, they can even withstand a fireball and still defend. This trusty unit can be paired with the musketeer to quick snip your opponents tower with one tower down[Quick Drop Guards then Musketeer on the furthest tile, without a proper counter it will dish out a lot of damage].Anyways, it should not be a rushing unit as it attacks slow, moves slow, and it does not dish out much damage. When it enter double elixir time, there is no reason to play it offensively anymore,just defend with it.
- Cannon: Only building in this deck, used to aggro big tanks in a beatdown deck, also the hog rider. It does not dishes out damage to the tank (Well, not a lot), you have to use lumberjack or musketeer to take it down

- Fireball: Medium Spell
Strategy[]
- Bait out swarms with lumberjack, then destroy swarms with log, send in the hod to get it raged.
- This deck is weak to Pekka Splash, save your elixir and chip damage off their tower with constant hogs
- Start with 2 ways: Placing down musketeer in the back or rush with hog.
- Beware of balloon decks, make sure you do not only use bats for balloons, reserve musketeer too.
- Cannon is NOT a pre-planting building, use it to attract golems and giants.
- Guards are NOT for rushing, do not use it to rush.
