Introduction
Introducing Lightning P.E.K.K.A Splash by SledgeHammer. This deck is heavy in terms of elixir, but is totally worth it. Best part about this is the crazy three crown potential of this deck. one push and you can watch your opponent struggle soo hard and still fail resulting in a 3 crown 👑👑👑. Use this if you are struggling in lower arenas. This deck is only viable till Frozen peak. After that opponents can snipe your support with bowler and executioner at spooky town.

Card Roles[]
- P.E.K.K.A.: Your main win condition and tank. She can absorb tons of damage and her weaknesses are swarms and kites. She can 1-shot nearly 90% ground troops. This overpowered card can't be replaced with anything else. Be careful as the opponent can still weaken her by ranged cards or kite her making your push useless. Always use the specific counter for these or else you will waste 12 elixir.
- Witch: Your main support card for pekka. Always use this card behind pekka, so pekka can tank for it while she destroys swarms and air cards. She summons 4 skeletons every 7 seconds and can confuse infernos by swarming it. Don't rely on her to defeat air tanks that are used to distract the witch due to her below average DPS. You need to make sure that the pekka and witch are close together so that enemy troops can't target the witch directly. Baiting out spells is important as she can be weakened badly by fireball and arrows OR one-shotted by lightning or rocket.
- Wizard: The air DPS card used to support the pekka. He can one shot minions and finish barbs very quickly. If spells are baited properly this card can provide insane value. This is also a good swarm spam controller and can annihilate a lot of cards placed at the bridge to bait out your cards. If your wizard survives a defense, definitely consider dropping a pekka in front of it.
- Tornado: A very unique and important card. This card if used properly, can have up to 4 uses for this card- Pulling kites towards Pekka, pulling ranged cards towards pekka, Pulling swarms together so that all of them will be finished by your splash support and activating your king tower. A secret trick is having a lower level nado, so that skeletons aren't one shotted and can help in activate king tower. However this trick can cause problems if you WANT to kill skeletons and can't kill them with a lower level nado. The best placement for nado is having the tornado's eye at a side of pekka so that bowlers, firecrackers and executioner can't snipe your support.
- Barbarians: Barbs are to counter Lone Single targetters and tanks. Best part about them is that they aren't as fragile as skarmy and have similar or perhaps more DPS. They can act as arrow bait sometimes thus saving chip on your witch
- Barbarian Barrel: Barb barrel is just a substitute for log at lower arena. It can also act as a good distraction and counter a distracted enemy witch. This is kind of the 'big spell' of this deck, so use it wisely.
- Zap: This is your small spell. If the opponent plays skarmy, instantly outplay him with a +1 elixir trade with this spell. Consider holding on to this if you don't have lightning in hand. Zap has high value in log bait matchups if it is 2-3 levels higher.
- Lightning: Your big spell. If opponent plays any ranged units to chip away on your pekka, just play this. Try to get a strike on the targeted tower as the range is pretty big. These ranged units are one-shotted by lightning: -Musketeer and 3 Musketeers, Executioner, Witch, Hunter, Ice wizard, Wizard and more. These are the units that can chip away and make your push very weak. If opponent plays sparky, inferno dragon or inferno tower, play lightning without even thinking as the reset on these means they will do negligible damage.
Strategy[]
- Start the game by cycling a barbarian barrel if possible. If the opponent is playing log bait he will immediately play princess or goblin barrel. Now just use tornado to activate king tower and get massive advantage for the rest of the match if the opponent plays goblin barrel, enough to just ignore it. If they ignore the barbarian barrel, it is going to get a free hit or 2 on the tower.
- Trying to determine the opponents deck is VERY important while using this deck, because you can get outplayed due to the costliness of this deck. Ignore small chip damage like goblin hut, goblins or spear goblins. If you try to counter all chip damage you are likely to spread your main cards (Pekka, witch & wizard) in different lanes, thus making a very weak counter-push and have a hard time defending against the opponent's counter push.
- Whenever the opponent plays something like a hog rider or any other tower targetter, use nado to activate. If the opponent applies more pressure, don't be shy to reveal your pekka and support it with a witch or wizard thus creating a counter-push. Never play pekka first play, or you will get spammed in the other lane.
- When your push is ready = a pekka in front with witch and wizard at back, the opponent might ignore it at go in at the other lane. Just ignore this and support your push, because this deck has high three crown potential if ignored.
- Matchup tips: -Mega Goblin - Make sure you save these cards against this matchup: -Pekka for mega knight, Lightning or wizard for inferno dragon, zap for goblin gang and nado for goblin barrel (only needed once).
