Introduction

This is a pretty much the deck I've been using since Bone Pit. The deck relies on the dreaded Giant Skeleton, with his awesome-looking hat and powerful bomb, which is extremely effective for both defending and counterattacking. With the impenetrable defense and unpredictable offense of the Cool Hat and Bomb deck, you will easily ascend through the arenas to be the greatest!

Card Roles[]

Giant Skeleton: This is the most important card in your deck. In the beginning of the game, support it and try to get the bomb to the enemy tower. If you can't get through the enemy defenses, use it as defense, as its high health will give more time to kill the attackers, and its bomb will destroy or cripple enemies that manage to kill it. It's massive size can also be used to temporarily block enemies or push them away.
Clone: Clone will probably sit unused for most of the game, but in certain situations, it can be extremely powerful. If Giant Skelly reaches the tower, use it to push the him forward. If the situation is good, both bombs might even blow up at the tower. Sometimes, if a seemingly small amount of weak troops are ignored and reach the tower, Clone them before your opponent can react and deal good damage for only three elixir.
Fireball: Kill squishy troops and hit the enemy tower. If the Giant Skeleton offense fails, Fireball cycle to win.
Arrows: Arrows is the best for killing swarms. Although it's one elixir more expensive than other spells such as Zap, Log, or Giant Skeleton, the ability to kill both higher health swarms and air troops anywhere in the arena is worth the extra price. Always have Arrows ready when you push with Giant Skelly. It can also be used with Fireball to kill medium-health troops at the enemy tower; while it's a negative elixir trade, the tower damage is worth it.
Lumberjack: With its speed and high damage, Lumberjack can be used on both offense or defense. If he gets to the tower, even if he has very little health, he can deal extraordinary damage before your opponent can do anything. Clone Lumberjack when that would be useful.
Minions: Minions are cheap and high damage. Put them behind the Giant Skeleton when pushing. On defense, they can be used to kill attackers for a low price. For attackers that can target air troops, wait till they lock onto something else before putting them down.
Skeleton Army: Skarmy can quickly kill tanks. Try to avoid prediction spells by placing them in unexpected spots.
Tesla: Draw building-targeting troops away from the tower. Swap it with Baby Dragon if you feel the added defense is unnecessary.
